The detailed start times for each distance will be published here Tuesday 6 May 2025. The start times are arranged based on your estimated completion times, submitted at registration. We recommend you arrive at least 45 minutes before your start time.
However, as a general guide to your start times, please see below:
London 100 - 100km starts between 07:00 and 07:30
London 100 - 50km starts between 09:00 and 09:30
London 100 - 25km starts between 09:00 and 09:30
Start/Finish Line
Our start and finish are in the same central London location. Great for accessibility, getting out on route straight into the sites of London and for our baggage service.
We've hired one of the largest central London indoor venues (Queen Mother Sports Centre) to host our RunHQ - which acts as our start, Checkpoint and finish. Our RunHQ is just a short jog from Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace.
Medical
We have an experienced team of event medics ready to help you out, if needed. Hopefully not too many blisters but they'll be ready to assist you in your quest to complete London's longest run.
Checkpoints
Our Checkpoints are located approx every 12.5km and ready for water refills, snacks and that all important encouragement.

Each of the routes (East, South, North and West) have a checkpoint/turn point, as well as our permanent Checkpoint at RunHQ

Big thanks to all our volunteers who will be assisting our runners throughout the event.
Cut Off Times
We do have cut off times, we have to, although our event is running for a maximum of17 hours for the London 100 100km (assuming the earliest possible start)!
The cut off times for the 50KM is 10 hours and for teh 25Km is 5 hours.
Our advice is to answer the estimated completion time question (in the registration form) honestly, and we'll be able to place you in the right wave and give you the best chance of completing the event and run with similar paced runners.

COURSE DETAILS

THE ROUTE
The London 100 route is multi-surface - mainly on pavements and some trails.

The route will be waywmarked with A6 signs, flagging tape and some chalk.

Please find our INTERIM GPX, KML and Google Map files below. We recommend you use the following files on your tracking device to assist your navigation of the route. These routes will be updated before the event, so please download the routes shared in the week before the event only.
If you are not running with technical navigational assistance, the Google map is probably the quickest and easiest way to check your location and the route.
